The Justice of the Peace service is available to all shoppers and is free of charge.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE DATES: Please note this service will be closed from Thursday 24 Dec and will reopen on Tuesday 5 Jan 2027.

The Justice of the Peace may witness documents such as affidavits and statutory declarations.

The JP’s are located near Target and are available to witness the following documents;
- Statutory declarations
- Affidavits
- Wills
- Power of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives
- Documents dealing with land titles
- Interstate Commonwealth and some international documents
- Documents giving consent to the marriage of a minor

The Justice of the Peace service is available; 

- Tuesdays 10am - 1pm
- Wednesdays 10am - 1pm
- Thursdays 10am - 1pm
- Fridays 10am -1pm
- Saturdays 10am -1pm

Make sure you bring the following items with you when you visit the Justice of the Peace service;
- Drivers license or
- Medicare card or
- Passport or
- Proof of age card or
- Pension card

Please do not sign any documents before you visit a Justice of the Peace.
